These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern text messages sent by Jennifer Farhad, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to eligible individuals who have voluntarily opted in through our chat widget on https://www.jenniferfarhad.com/home-page.
1. SMS Program and Sender
The sender is Jennifer Farhad, LLC, which provides faith-centered coaching, mentorship, education, and the FLOURISH program for women. Our communication program offers separate informational/transactional and marketing/promotional text and call consent options, possibly involving automated means. You receive only the categories for which you give affirmative consent.
2. Informational / Transactional Messages
When you separately opt into informational or transactional messages, texts or calls may include responses to your inquiry, information you requested about coaching or FLOURISH, scheduling and appointment confirmations or reminders, and other relevant non-promotional service coordination or follow-up.
3. Marketing / Promotional Messages
When you separately opt into marketing or promotional messages, texts or calls may include coaching and mentorship news, FLOURISH program announcements, educational resources, event invitations, new offerings, and promotions.
4. How You Opt In
On our Home page, the official LeadConnector chat widget requests your name, phone number, and inquiry and presents two distinct, initially unchecked SMS consent checkboxes: one for informational/transactional messages and one for marketing/promotional messages. You must actively check each category you wish to receive. You may select one, both, or neither.
Providing a mobile number or sending a question, by itself, is not consent. Opt-in is optional, and agreement to receive SMS is not required to purchase or receive goods or services. Consent is specific to Jennifer Farhad, LLC; it is not transferable to any other sender or campaign. You represent that the mobile number you provide belongs to you or that you are authorized to enroll that number.
5. Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies according to your selections and interactions. Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's rates and plan terms determine any charges.
6. Opting Out — STOP
You may withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from Jennifer Farhad, LLC. We will honor applicable opt-out requests and may send a final confirmation of the opt-out. If you have consented to both categories, you may contact us to request a change to your individual preferences. To receive messages again after opting out, you must complete a new, valid opt-in.
